Welcome to our cottage bakery! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. **Order Confirmation**: All orders must be confirmed via email or phone. Please provide accurate details for your order.

2. **Payment**: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit/debit cards.

3. **Cancellation Policy**: Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may not be refunded.

4. **Allergies**: Please inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. We cannot guarantee a nut-free environment.
